Set in crime-ridden Sao Paulo, THE TRESPASSER tells the story of three friends whose lives are forever changed by a minor work-placed altercation. Ivan, Estevão and Gilberto – partners in a construction firm – have known each other since college days. But a business-related clash with Estevão and the prospect of gaining the company’s control, prompts Ivan and Gilberto to start planning the murder of their former buddy. It soon emerges, however, that the contract killer they have hired to perform the deed has sinister ambitions of his own.
